Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to any purchase made through 610er LLC's checkout ("we," "us"). By completing a purchase, you ("Client") agree to these Terms. If you have a separately signed services agreement with us, that agreement governs where it conflicts with these Terms.
1. What We Provide
We are an editing service. Client is responsible for capturing and supplying all raw footage, logos, approved music, copy, and other brand assets. We do not film, shoot, or otherwise capture video on Client's behalf.
2. Footage Requirements
Short-form deliverables: up to 20 minutes of raw footage included per deliverable.
Deliverables that include a long-form cut: up to 60 minutes of raw footage included per listing.
Footage beyond these amounts will be reviewed before editing begins and may be quoted as an additional fee rather than declined outright.
3. Timeline & Revisions
Initial cut: within 5 business days of a complete submission.
One consolidated revision round is included per deliverable. Additional rounds are available for an additional fee.
Rush turnaround and alternate aspect ratios or export formats are available on request and quoted before work begins.
4. Payment
Payment is due in full at checkout before work begins. Recurring purchases renew automatically each month until cancelled. Once payment is made and work has begun, payment is non-refundable.
5. Ownership
Upon full payment, Client owns the final edited deliverables and may use them without restriction. We retain the right to feature completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless Client requests in writing that a specific project be excluded. Client represents that all footage and other assets supplied are either owned by Client or properly licensed for use.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount Client paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or lost profits.
7. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
610er LLC is an independent contractor providing editing services; nothing here creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
