Payment information, processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full card details ourselves.

Footage, images, and other content you submit for editing, along with any direction or notes you provide about a project.

2. How We Use It

To deliver the editing services you've purchased or requested.

To process payment and manage billing for recurring packages.

To communicate with you about your project, including intake, revisions, and delivery.

To feature completed work in our portfolio or marketing, unless you've asked us in writing to exclude a specific project.

3. Who We Share It With

We use a small number of third-party tools to run our business, including Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email and file storage), and monday.com (project and client tracking). These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. How Long We Keep It

We retain client information for as long as needed to deliver services, maintain business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to what we're required to retain for those purposes.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at the email address associated with your purchase or inquiry.
